Unlike most recruiters, we NEVER advertise our jobs. We only use a “go to market strategy” , via our extensive global network and Linkedin to truly unearth relevant individuals.

Meet our founder
James has been in the advertising recruitment world since 2003, however he set up Relish in 2007 and has over the years, worked successfully with the likes of Xaxis, Criteo, Microsoft, Xandr, Salesforce, Group M, Oracle, Nielsen, Ogury, Global, The FT, Hearst, Unruly and Havas to name a few.
He loves sunshine , electronic music, Seinfeld and hanging out with his family. He is also a keen tennis and squash player and runs religiously every day, whatever the weather.
